Metaverse Mod Squad has an office in midtown Sacramento. We need Customer Support Agents, in-game Moderators and Game Masters for a variety of clients. A successful candidate will have passion and experience for digital spaces, social media, online worlds and providing excellent game service experiences. They will also be able to instinctively operate appropriately in environments tailored for kids.
Responsibilities
- Providing player support through specialized tools, forums, emails and in-game
- Accurately and appropriately responding to member questions and issues
- Efficiently resolving member complaints and issues while maintaining high standards of player satisfaction
- Accurately identifying issues requiring escalation, and making sure those issues are fully resolved
- Consistently documenting each customer issue to maintain a high standard of accuracy
- Tracking current in-game trends and player satisfaction
- Keeping players engaged, happy and safe
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Willing to work a variable schedule
- Helpful and flexible attitude
- Cool-headed and able to give a quick assessment of complex situations
- Experience / Knowledge / Love of online gaming, social media and virtual worlds
- Aged 18+ and able to pass a background check
