We provide digital content, child safety, message board, and chat room moderating services to enterprises with online communities and content. Moderators contracted by Metaverse Mod Squad are responsible for communicating, protecting and enabling the social game, message board, and chat room experience. Moderators help to maintain and shape our clients' unique online community by assisting with community events, assisting users with problems both technical and social, orienting new arrivals, and channeling community concerns and feedback to Metaverse Mod Squad's managers and directors.
Qualifications:
- Be 18
- Speak and write English fluently
- Cool-headed and able to give a quick assessment of complex situations
- Experience in community conflict resolution
- Have ability to think creatively on the fly and often at a fast pace
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bonus points for a second language
- Pass a criminal background check
