Social media managers are on the frontlines of their community, listening, engaging, and gathering feedback as both the voice and ears for their brand. Organized, driven, and motivated, social media managers are also savvy with creating comprehensive reports to share with marketing, developers, PR, and customer service teams.

Responsibilities

• Social media presence: Develop and execute a social media strategy customized to your client’s needs. Build compelling brand pages and profiles.
• Brand interaction: Moderate discussions and provide positive brand interaction. Monitor your online brand reputation.
• Analytics: Provide regular quantitative and qualitative reports to measure your social media strategy’s progress.
• Marketing initiatives: Identify smart partnership opportunities. Coordinate fun and buzz-worthy viral campaigns that tie-in online promotions with offline events.
